Really Quite Terrible, But Enjoyable Enough To Follow A Guide And Laugh Along The Way

**Preliminary:**If you do decide to play this game, be sure to replace the sblaster file in the main game directory with the one found in the Drivers. Otherwise you'll be stuck in a bug.

Day 1

This game really could've benefitted from 92-expected QoL niceties... Lots of potential imo. At first I thought this was going to be passable, especially since you have to click on each commands, no right click feature nor keyboard shortcut, etc. But I like the Look as you first enter town from the graveyard, and I like the Travel To QoL feature, and the tune is good. And the cutscenes are good. Definitely only play this with a guide to reference, it's not well-designed in that sense, but the Look and Sound and Feel might boost this to a 3 star worth playing mostly through.

I think my enjoyment of this game is more a testament to the high quality of the guide (found here) which helped fill in some of the gaps and logic frustrations and it wound up making the game remind me of the early 80s adventure games where I just really enjoyed "the ride." Really this game should've been a 2 star and move on, but I have been really enjoying PC adventure games so far for 1992 (and 91) so it is what it is :-p

Lol! That disguise that the university character gives you. Legit just a hat and sunglasses :-p

Full of faults (click through to a door when trying to use items, at one point I wound up on a building lol, sometimes you can click on an open door/space and other times you have to click Walk To then the space, etc.) and things I hate in adventure games (gotcha deaths/arrests in particular), yet here I am , playing it to the end.

I was getting real antsy at the end and burning out. The ending was super lame and tedious. Why would you not have an animation nor an inventory change for the most important time-based thing to do in the game to finish it up? And more criticisms abound. This really deserves a 2, but an honorary 3 star for when I'm in the mood to just follow a guide and feel productive I suppose... enter image description here
