The game has ten weapons and ten enemies, most of which are taken from the other Serious Sam games. It spans twelve levels.

I knew it was bad coming in, but I'm still a little bit blown away by just how rotten Serious Sam Advance is. Between the poor graphics, terrible level design, and appalling framerate - this is genuinely one of the worst games I've ever played.
