Preliminary: Welp, that was a very fast moving beginning "cutscene" lol. Pretty music - hi God, intense music - God tells you to go to Forest with Candle and Whip. Okay, got it. I love the Look tho 
Oh shoot. Welp. Turns out this is simply a port of Shin Taketori Monogatari. So really I should be playing that 1984 game, but I never could find a translation. I suppose I can consider this the translated version? Albeit 4 years later. And unfortunately, the deaths are cheap, as to be expected with an 84 text adventure. Moving on.
