Based on the successful cartoon 'Beavis and Butt-head', the game is very faithful to the series. It game stars at the home of Beavis and Butt-head - and from there you can choose to go to different locations like: Turbo mall 2000, the street, burger world, hospital, GWAR concert and more... your main goal is to find money to the GWAR concert.

Preliminary: The SNES version was not worth it, stopped after just a bit, but this Genesis one is peculiar.... The depth issue is there, it's basically a brawler with adventure elements (?), and some terrible action/brawler sequences at that.... and yet it's oddly alluring with the adventure elements, and most of all with the graphics. I love the Look you make when you run lol. And them celebrating after I got the ticket out of the puke lol

But unfortunately the action/brawler/whatever you call it parts, are just not well-done.

Beat SNES version on Dude. I regret playing on that difficulty because everything killed me in 1 hit, making health items and the couch fishing minigame pointless. Thus the game was frustrating and required extensive save state scumming. Gameplay was so dull that the game felt too long despite bring very short. The best part was "driving" the hospital bed and shopping cart, but that was only marginally better than regular on foot play. Bosses sucked. I had to read a guide to learn how to do the boost jump. I played as Beavis so my button testing could not reveal that only Butthead can boost. I found it better to control Beavis so Butthead would be ideally positioned right behind him for a boost, and switch back to Beavis in mid air. This feature was somewhat interesting. I did get a few chuckles from their iconic laughing, some of the ridiculousness, and the clothesline platforming where I put no effort into making sure AI Butthead made the jumps, so he often fell down to fight with dogs only to reemerge with underwear on his head; with no penalty to me either.
