I really wanted to like this game. I feel a lot of nostalgia for The Phantom because I watched the Defenders of the Earth animated series and read his stories on the newspaper as a kid (yes, I'm old). But this wasn't good.

It was too repetitive and frustrating. It's not that the mechanics are simple (that's good in a beat em up, in my opinion) is that there's not enough enemy variety. All chase sequences are basically the same and the same tactics work almost every time. I could forgive some repetitiveness in such a short game because of the good graphics and music, but then I couldn't even play on co-op because of the bugs that block progress.
