- Increased availability of Ice Belt locations, increased respawn time
- Mercoxit in asteroid belts increased by 200%
- Mercoxit anomalies spawn rate increased by 200%
- Mykoserocin gas site spawn chance reduced by 60%
- Introduction of Skill Plans, and Skill Catalogue features
- Skill training queue limit increased to 150 skills
- 24 hour limit removed from Alpha Training Queue
- Personal deployables barred from new player starting systems
