This is a vertical space shooter that plays great and looks great (for the Game Gear, obviously). You have the expected power-ups to collect and use against all the enemy spacecrafts, comets, asteroids, and giant bosses. What makes this one stand out is that you really need to destroy all the enemies you can, because if they pass you they attack Earth. There is a number in the corner indicating how much damage the planet has taken. If that reaches 100, the Earth is officially destroyed, and you get a game over. Getting a high score will help repair the planet between levels.
