Main game
On paper I like every single thing about this one. It's a Mario and Luigi-style RPG with timed hit battles, a cooking minigame, and a goofy plot about dismantling a corporate restaurant empire. But playing the demo, all those neat ideas just sorta missed the mark.

The combat animation isn't snappy enough to feel exciting, and really poorly signposts when to attack or block. The cooking minigame isn't fun at all and is constantly required to progress. And the characters and story feel a little too shapeless, lacking the immediate hook of the brilliant trainwreck protagonist of Outerloop's previous release, Thirsty Suitors. Was really hoping Dosa Divas could build on the strengths of that uneven gem, but instead it feels like a regression.
