Wings 1941 is inspired by classic arcade Shootemups like 1943 and others similar games of the genre but it has the novelty of being in vr. Wings 1941 is inspired by classic arcade Shootemups like 1943 and others similar games of the genre but it has the novelty of being in vr. The game is easy to pick up and a lot of fun without having to learn a lot of game mechanics. Graphically, it is nothing impressive, but the style is going for a Minecraft block look and not realism which fits the game well.
Overall the game will not be for everyone, but if you like shootemups and have an itch to experience something like that in vr then this will do. If you want a flight simulation game then this is not it.
