VR-wise I think it's got a few things right. It doesn't try to get fancy with new mechanics. It adapts what we are used to, but brings them into XR which I think is the correct way to start all this. The story is actually good, there were no boring moments for me.

Pro: Parkour is fun The environments are great, especially for a mobile game. I especially recommend the Greece levels. Interactive world, some side-missions Finally a VR game with enough hours of gameplay

Cons: Sometimes climbing is flawless, but sometimes it simply won't work. Fighting is basic

+All the things you'd like or not at an average AC game.

All in all, I'll still give this a 5/5 because it's a good start, and because it was a very fun experience showing high-quality games can be made in VR with no problems.

I have never been in VR for that long. But I am a fan of the old AC games and this just realized it so well. I never usually have problems with getting nauseous but after hours and hours I was totally fine. Between all the options I will say they translated pretty much everything from classic AC. I am shocked!

The only issue is when I am climbing I will sometimes fall into the world and twice it happened where I had to exit the memory and enter again because the respawn was borked. Quick saves are enough that it was only kinda annoying but nothing game breaking and I assume it will get patched out in future updates.

I know that no one cares too much about VR, but I am generally curious about this game. I've only heard vague mentions of it. The only reviews on the Meta Quest store are all spam that say it's a must have and here's a link to 25% off. Not sure I want to drop $40 just yet.
