The experience and progress you can earn is sort of similar to World of Tanks, wherein you gain individual experience on specific tanks which unlock parts onto that tank. The gameplay is verion high intensity, action oriented. Its akin to Team Fortress 2. You really gotta be on the move and there are specific items that allow you to change the speed of the game. Droppable dome force-fields, mini-turrets, liquid cooling flushes, slow moving missile mines, and a many other things are at your disposal. There are about 20 different kinds of mechs. The starter is still quite strong.

Its pretty great for a free game, worth a little time if you like spending your time with robots. Kind of a pick-up-and-go Mechwarrior or Armored Core, but definitely way faster.
