Battle for Blood is a pretty cool mashup of quick strategy elements and match-3 mechanics, originally a mobile game and all. Free to play but of course, contains micro-transactions where progress is expectedly getting slower and harder on the way (if you're going the non-p2w way). The gameplay concept is interesting but it only lasts for a limited number of levels until the heat wears down. I've played over 20 levels until I called it off as that but how far you'll go depends on your dedication. You try and see for yourself, but I feel there's so little I can get out of this on the long run.
