What if the German nazis had succeeded in resurrecting the dinosaurs for use in warfare? That's what Dino D-Day leaves for players to find out. Built on Valve's Source engine, it throws you out into mid-sized maps after you choose between the allied and the nazi team. Most of the latter contains dinosaur characters to play as, with different abilities, weapons (if mounted on) and sizes. The "class" set-up is decently thought out and allows you to come up with new tactics to achieve your goals.

The game modes featured are deathmatch, control points, king of the hill and then there is the objective mode that makes for fresh variation in certain maps, plus you also get to play as a T-Rex in certain DM maps. As for me, though, I haven't really found my time doing multiplayer but enjoyed playing with bots and hoarding tons of achievements.
