Gundam Assault Survive (2010)

This game is the latest one from the Gundam Battle series released for PSP. It gathered the best all the previous games had and added even more. There are tons of mobile suits, equipment, characters, missions, scenarios to play, and in versus mode, you can choose things like if it's raining, if it's day or night and many other environment options. You can play through the storylines of many Gundam animes and OVAs, create your own characters and teams, upgrade and unlock many mobile suits and play extra missions. Some missions can be accomplished in different ways. The graphics, voice acting, music and sound effects are very loyal to the series as well as the game mechanics. It's very rewarding to unlock customized models and upgrade them to make them faster and stronger. You can also play in 3rd person or 1st person. You can play this game for hours and hours and you experience still can be different each time, depending of the sides/mobile suits/pilots you choose. To me, it's a very rewarding game, the way you can develop and unlock new units is really fun, you can play with different ones or upgrade one that you like the most and use it. If I were to improve this game even more, I would add more non story mode missions, using the insanely big different combinations the scenarios can have, so we could make more in game money without having to play some missions again and again, and to explore these different possibilities. I think any Gundam fan will love this game, as well as people who enjoy shooting games or mecha games. The game really is a great tribute to the Gundam series and one of my favorites ever.
