The player receives money upon successfully dropping off each passenger, and bonuses are obtained when they are transported in a short amount of time. Players have to avoid certain hurdles, such as other vehicles and Burns' nuclear transit buses. The game contains sixteen different collectible vehicles, six starting locations, and ten different missions. In order to collect the vehicles and unlock starting locations, players must earn progressively more money for each vehicle or starting location they want to get. Read less

It's the Simpsons hit & run, but better.

Yes, it's much better than hit & run. that game had ridiculous difficulty spikes sometimes, and is very repetitive with the missions. at least here you only have one thing to care about (the driving) and it's a very fun gameplay loop!

The Simpsons: Crazy Taxi Clone but Better

I can't help but admit that this game is way better than Crazy Taxi.

Yes the gameplay is repetitive, but this game gave you a reason to play by having you rack up as many score points as possible leading you to unlock all the characters and levels.

Yes the gameplay is repetitive, but this game gave you a reason to play by having you rack up as many score points as possible leading you to unlock all the characters and levels.

With Crazy Taxi like gaming style, The Simpsons humor makes this an enjoyable game that ends up being better than the game their cloning, though it's far from anything groundbreaking.

12/17/2001: The Simpsons: Road Rage

All the problems of Crazy Taxi (lack of content, minimal lasting appeal), plus bad hit detection and Simpsons quotes! 3/5 stars. #GameCubeRewind
