You will probably not believe me if I told you that a Billiard Pool game on the NES will give you an absolute blast of play time. the game is more than decent, and is a ton of fun. this is coming from someone that doesn't play these kind of games. gameplay has a good feel and weight, you don't feel like the ball will fly off at any moment and every move you take is very much on you, the simple presentation is not going to burn your eyes, but honestly could've been much better.

I'm really impressed with the amount of great NES games that barely anyone talks about.

There's sixty levels with tables of different patterns and shapes - played on the surface of the moon. The power gauge is constantly moving as opposed to you starting/stopping it - which I'm not crazy about. Also, the turning of your 'crosshair' could be faster...but in the end it plays like a puzzler - and Lunar Pool offers plenty of bang for its buck.
