Fullmetal Alchemist: Dream Carnival is the first Fullmetal Alchemist fighting game for the PlayStation 2 and is the second Fullmetal Alchemist video game for the PlayStation 2. It was released in Japan in 2004, but was never translated or sold in North America or Europe.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Dream Carnival es un juego de peleas diferente al canon, los combates se dan 2 contra 2 y el juego cuenta con una variedad de escenarios que afectan el combate. Desafortunadamente el juego se encuentra exclusivamente en japones por lo que muchas de sus características son inaccesibles para los que no comprendemos el idioma. Entre estas características se encuentran objetos coleccionables y pruebas de habilidad entre otras. El juego es un rareza de mucho interés para los seguidores de la primera serie de televisión de FMA.
