I kinda actually like this game

Okay so, I really expected to hate this game but it's actually really fun! There's plenty of room for improvement gameplay wise but it does what it does pretty well!! There are some pretty tense moments, the ambience is creepy AF, and the designs are genuinely unsettling.

There are some things I'm not a big fan of though as well. The mimic teleports. It'll be walking around in a room that has a second floor easily accessible to both you, the player, and the mimic, and sometimes it will just teleport up the stairs in a new disguise which is not that big of a deal or unfair, but it's confusing to deal with and personally I think if it like, went around in vents to get into a new suit it'd be fine.

Another thing is the difficulty. It's pretty easy mostly, then has a section that's a bit more stressful than most. Not enough to claim it's unfair or anything, but enough to where I struggled initially for longer than I wanted. Even after knowing where to go on a second play through (yes i am playing this game multiple times im weird. hush.)

It takes quite a bit of inspiration from Poppy's Playtime, but not quite as interestingly as they do it. Like the character cutouts having voice lines in poppys playtime, but in sotm they all just play the same song.

Overall, from a very casual gamer, this game is probably one of the better fnaf games. Miles above their last 3d attempt with Security Breach. Honestly I think this is just a good game all around.

I definitely recommend this to horror game fans. Especially if you can get it discounted or for free. (the less money cawthon gets the better)

¡Aprobado justito!
