Parascientific Escape: Cruise in the Distant Seas has a very predictable story: already from the beginning, you can figure out who is behind the events happening on the ship. The screenplay is composed of juvenile and funny situations between the characters while they have to escape the sinking ship. Furthermore, the finale is too naive and incomplete, as nothing is revealed about Hitomi's sister. Considering the gameplay, I mostly appreciated the psychic power mechanics, although the puzzles were too easy. I encountered an equal level of difficulty solving the other puzzles in the game. All in all, an okay game, but nothing that I will remember for a long time.
