definitely my fave in the series even if it's probably objectively not the best one. has my favorite art style of any in the series (save tree of tranquility - they share the same one) and my favorite characters. the gameplay's pretty good if unfortunately a bit slow - the days are longer and getting around the map takes quite a bit of walking.
the story is, like most other games, pretty forgettable, but the charm of the characters makes up for it imo.

It's going to be difficult to get back to playing this as my Wii U has been retired to the basement and I have no desire to go spend time down there...
