Finally beat this one after 57 hours. I loved the story and characters. The final battle was insanely long and I was happy I got the true ending. This is one of the best rpgs on the 3DS.

You complete the nodes one at a time in a linear fassion until all the nodes for the chapter are complete. Progression feels slow but i'm still enjoying the story and the humerous characters. I can't say i have ever played an RPG quite like this before. The experience so far has been refreshingly different.

1 hour and 11 minutes and i am finally done the intro. Here's hoping I enjoy this one. The battles so far have been fairly slow paced so i think this one is going to take a while.

This game is a mix between Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem, which is perfect for me. I’m really enjoying it, enough to consider buying it (but not for the $58 pre-owned EB Games is asking for). However, I have just come across two things I don’t like about the game.

First, there’s no subtitles in the animated cutscenes, so when I’m playing with no sound like I inevitably must, I miss out on a chunk of story.
Secondly, there’s at least one fight that is impossible to win. I hate this, why force me to participate in a fight I’ll lose? It’s a waste of my time, and it’s something I hate the most in games. It’s just a way of making the cutscenes seem shorter, in my opinion.

Borrowed this game from the library based literally on the name only. I think I’ve just gotten to the first actually part of gameplay, let’s see how I go!

Currently on Chapter 5. It's a real shame imageepoch went bankrupt after the game released. I'm loving this. Then again anime strategy RPGs are my jam.
