Hmm, so there are actually 2 separate games merged in here. But they have the same name and production company just released different years and different platforms. Hmmm, to consider them 2 different releases or 2 separate entries. Exact same darn name ha. For context, I'm talking about the 1985 and 1987 ones listed here

They are drastically different gameplays tho. The 1985 one for many Japanese computers is an adventure game. The 1987 one is like a platformer Castlevania looking game. Hmm
