With Simon Belmont nowhere to be found to fight Count Dracula from taking over Transylvania, a powerful sorcerer opens a portal into the future and pulls another hero from the Belmont Bloodline, Richter Belmont.
In order for Richter to return to his time, he has to kill the nasty vampire from taking over the country and possibly the world. Will Richter succeed in beat Dracula?
