After a quite bad first game this one improves a lot but is still not near the Artifex Mundi quality.
A hidden object puzzle adventure game is what this game is. Continuing the story of a time traveling order members daughter. This time you get to stop one of the members from destroying the Order.
In order to do so you'll get to visit the Orders HQ as well as travel in time to stop the bad guy from getting certain items that do something... At least that's what I remember. While this time plot is much better than the original it's still not breath taking.
The puzzles felt generally ok as well as the hidden object sections. It wasn't as crisp as it could have been but I've seen worse. The visuals are a mixed bag - some pretty decent - other rather bland and boring.
Overall a game that's playable and somewhat enjoyable if you're hidden object games enthusiast. Definitely not a shining example of the genre but not terrible either.

Conclusion
Secret Order 2 is a decent HOG. Not as good as AMs own titles, but alright if you can get it for a few €/$.
