This baby appears to be the single player, offline (but ideally multiplayer of course) version of Spelunker World, a game I had a lot of fond memories of. As of 7/2/23, it is 5 bucks and there's no reason why you shouldn't give it a try! A cute game with some challenge to it, also the dog can ride on your head :)) I may or may not have sunk an ungodly number of hours into both this and the original f2p version...
