Obnoxious To Play

I loved Day of Defeat so i was looking forward to playing this. The gameplay itself is alright but there are three things that ruin the game for me.
First of all, no automatic & quick respawn. You usually have to rely on your teammates to walk to a certain point on the map to respawn. This makes it hard to learn how to play, especially with the open maps that allow enemies to come from all sides. Another problem is the excessive smoke/explosions. The constant smoke is obnoxious as are random deaths from airstrikes and the like. Finally, there's the player base. Only 200 people play this and the people i played with often didn't bother to help you respawn, and they constantly spam voice commands.
There are many minor issues as well, like your character constantly getting stuck behind tiny ridges and the game not saving loadouts. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I guess they got that part of the war right.
