“A Place for the Unwilling” is a narrative adventure game where the city is the actual protagonist. No puzzles or “game over” screens, just you, the city and the dozens of stories which are taking place in there. Days pass and the fate of the city is yet to be decided.

Game four of the year completed.

Due to various commitments, it took me longer to sit down and play through.

Overall, I'm thankful that it is a relatively 'pick up and play' title. However, I discovered certain aspects too late in my play through - as there's no real tutorial to tell you what you're meant to do. Which resulted in my missing a few easy trophies (although I'm in noway a "trophy hunter").

Recommended to anyone that enjoys visual novels, but wants to branch out slightly.

When I've had the time, I've been playing through this.

Played around five hours (which for me, has meant six in-game days) - interested to see where it's heading.

However, it is incredibly daunting for every one real life second equates to one in-game minute. Usually this doesn't bother me - a lot of games use this basis! - but maybe it's the premise of "You can’t be everywhere at once."
