It is a horrible shame I'm actually having to do this. I recently have been playing old PC games I liked when I was younger, and this is one of the ones that they did dirty in every way. So back then Poptropica was made by Jeff Rowley, author of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. And he wanted a game that was made for kids that had its own stories he could help write. So he did that exactly. I used to play this game a lot in the computer labs when I was in third and fourth grade with me being one of the only people who could remember their username and password. This game was kind of golden with the fact that all the games were free back then. So everyone had equality, well there was a Membership, but it was only for a few handheld items, vanities, and some cards. Now, all of my memories of the old games are almost all gone. The older games that people played are deleted, or the other way you could play the few remaining ones is to buy membership. Yep, no longer the days of loving having everything in front of your hands is there. They also pulled an Animal Jam of having a bunch of old items becoming Membership. Just terrible. 2.5 - 3 Stars: Only because I had old fun back then.
