Dogos incorporates current technology into retro shmup gameplay: 3D graphics, dynamic camera, and the ability to move through scenarios as if it were an open world. Dogos invites you to live a real action-packed experience that will challenge your skills and senses. Loads of shots and explosions, and an incredible, catchy soundtrack. If you like fast-paced, thrilling videogames, then Dogos is just for you.

It is what it is. It's a schmup where you can move around freely (except for when it puts you on rails and you just move the camera to dodge obstacles) and shoot things with your normal attack or special attack. It has dreadful voice acting and a story that I couldn't possibly care about, and it adds nothing to the genre, but it's still not a terrible game: just average. If you need something to play and like the genre, it'll give you a little enjoyment I'm sure... but it's not worth going out of your way for.
