Yoshi and Baby Mario are back in Yoshi's New Island, the third installment in the beloved franchise. The series' fun game-play mechanics such as Yoshi's Flutter Jump, Ground Pound and Egg Throw return, but now Yoshi knows a ton of new tricks too. Yoshi gets to bash and thrash his environment by throwing around Mega Eggdozers and Metal Eggdozers. Yoshi also can transform into a variety of objects, such as a jackhammer or a submarine, both of which can be manipulated using the Nintendo 3DS gyro controls. A certain type of star even transforms him into Super Yoshi, giving him the ability to fly through the sky or run along walls and ceilings. Players who are having trouble completing a level might see the appearance of Flutter Wings, which let Yoshi fly through the air. Read less

There were really only a couple stages that took me more than one or two tries. There was one part in the final level that was super hard and frustrating (jumping from flying bird to flying bird over and over again to get to a key). Not a hard game, but fun to play nonetheless.

Reinventar la rueda no la reinventa, propone más niveles de esta querida saga de Yoshi y Bebé Mario y lo hace bien pero no va más allá. La música es bastante monótona y se podía haber currado más, es demasiado fácil si no eres completista tiene algún fallo de control bastante extraño (a veces el salto me fallaba al hacerlo varias veces seguidas para mantenerme), pero lo suple con su gran estilo artístico y que funciona como juego relajante en el que despejarte un poco en sesiones cortas y llega a las 9 horas.
