Приемлемо, но не более.

Порт мобильной игры на консоль со всеми вытекающими из этого выводами. Прошел соло, без кооператива. Хорошо, что снова можно погрузится в одну из любимых вселенных. Хорошо, что играть в это более-менее интересно. В остальном плюсов не нашел. Прошел скорее для галочки. Спортивную злость вызвала последняя миссия последней группы заданий (самая-самая последняя короче), в которой советую взять с собой скорострельную ракетницу …

Спортивную злость вызвала последняя миссия последней группы заданий (самая-самая последняя короче), в которой советую взять с собой скорострельную ракетницу и не полагаться на дефолтное оружие. Иначе будет очень сложно и практически непроходимо. Правда игра настолько старая, что не уверен, что мой совет кому-то пригодится:-)

You can tell even from the UI that Spartan Assault is a mobile game re-edited for a next-generation console. Missions are too short and repetitious, and the shooting system worked better with a touchscreen. It isn’t a terrible game, but more of a disappointing one. It is great that console players can play this once mobile-only title, and it is great the team added in the new co-op mode. As long as your expectations are tempered, Halo: Spartan Assault is a serviceable game. It works as a top-down shooter, but you'll miss the enemy intelligence of the older games.

Beat the single player campaign during free trial of xbox game pass. The lack of difficulty levels was slightly jarring for me since I have already beaten all Halo games on legendary and was not used to being so durable. Despite that, the game had challenge and I did die a few times; the final level was particularly difficult with its infinite enemies. The gameplay felt like Halo and was nearly as fun though I did not like how short it is; I beat it in a single sitting. The top down view made the weapons feel samey and I do not remember what weapons I used; I think the default assault rifle and pistol was good enough for the entire game. In fact most of the game is fairly unmemorable. I never played the multiplayer flood levels but would have liked to. Too bad there was no option to play solo or with a bot.

Nope, nope, nope. Did not like any of it. The feel, the flow, nothing. Downloaded it to play it coop with a friend, not worth it for me. Also, who would pay for any of the hamfisted microtransactions? Really, a score booster?
