Not exactly marvellous

This game is ok. It's good nor bad, it's ok. You walk around a museum stealing stuff while dodging security measures. The controls are little bit wonky but it really helps if you enable keyboard movement in settings. I only played it for ~15 minutes and i'm not sure how it holds up because apparently it's always the same style of museum. You have to really like action/puzzle/stealth games to appreciate it. And even then you should wait for it to go on sale, €18 seems quite steep.

The game has a good start. There's a diverse cast of characters, the art style is colourful and unique. The first few levels are fun, and adding a new thief to the mix changes things up, but things soon get repetitive. The levels are all quite similar, a new element is just added every once in a while.

Aside from the repetitiveness, there are two main issues. The first is the controls - they use click to move and sometimes, if you don't cick the exact right spot, the pathing gets all wonky and Miss Take will run somewhere you don't want her to go, like right into a guard. Second, the guards do not have set paths, so there's really no learning that takes place, it's just a matter of waiting them out and hoping they go in a direction that doesn't screw you over. There are abilities and items that can help you with the guards, but most have a long cooldown. After a dozen levels or so, the game didn't give me a whole lot of reason to keep playing.
