Tried this out for a few hours before refunding it. Didn't play enough to be able to give it a full review, but it'll probably be quite fun for anyone who enjoys a crossover between simulation games like Papers Please, and zombie themed games.

Your main job is to screen survivors as they come through your checkpoint. There's a lot of different tools to check for infection and you effectively have to give everyone a medical check over. There's also light management segments where you upgrade parts of the checkpoint, and decide where survivors are sent. There were too many different parts added on for my liking, the management side of the game felt tacked on at times and so did the mini games to defend the checkpoint via a drone from hoardes of zombies. I'd like to have seen a more refined focus on diagnosing the survivors and at most managing where they're sent to, rather than managing the entire camp / checkpoint.
