How Long Is Stinger?
Very short Shoot'em Up with terrible level design.
It took me less than an hour to complete this game on a first try. It was a satisfying experience. kind off. The game has a solid controls but not much of a challenge. it's very easy for an NES game that you would be able to beat in about 30 minutes.
the awful level design and how the spirit blend very well with the background colors is what makes it hard.
Tho I did really like the food as enemies cute-em-up aspect, and I kinda found the Bell/power-up mechanic interesting, for the most part this first stage was super boring. It felt long despite being short, and already felt very repetitive. It kind of looked like what someone would make while learning programming (tho obviously the Look and Sound and higher quality than that). I dunno, just felt quite bland.
