Not their best, a step back again!
Another COD-game. Was on sale for €20 so I thought I try it out, can sell for the same amount after.

Usually just like to play the campaign and that’s about it. Mostly played multiplayer in COD during my Warzone-period just to level up guns. Didn’t plan to play now either but because a friend played a lot I joined in! Some new cool maps since I last played. A lot of new weapon to get familiar to as well. When I got used to all new stuff it was quite fun to kill some time with quick rounds of games.
The last campaign was a good step forward from the one before that. In this new they take several steps backwards. They made a weird choice to make the campaign more suitable for co-op with 4 player. If you play solo, all cut scenes includes the four players but gameplay is you all alone. Makes it harder to play solo too.
You also need to connect online, so you can’t pause the game even when playing the campaign solo. If you need to do something in between (which happens quite often when having kids) you get kicked out for being idle and need to start over the whole chapter.
So that thing ruined it for me. Last two chapters I actually joined my friends campaign, when I thought I would joined him in multiplayer. That last two chapters was more fun, but still not that good.
Many sections of the game is you hallucinate really weird stuff, because inhaling toxic gas. I don’t really like that part either. I prefer the earlier more linear campaigns.
Probably one of the worst COD campaign ever. Multiplayer part of it takes the low rating up a little bit, which was quite fun.
