A gatch without gatcha, a narrative without narrative and combat without combat
Review at 2 hours:
This game is a mess.

This game is a mess.
Combat: The gameplay is poorly constructed and mindlessly easy. Skills make no difference if you use them or not.
Story: The gatcha element of the game is ham fisted into the narrative of the comic, so it makes no sense when you step into a bat cave... for absolutely no reason. AND, most critically, you can not use other chracters in the main story. This is a fundamental failing of a gatch game... just... what?
Characterisation: The chracters around you have no purpose and no voice.
Overall: This is a very basic "punch stuff for 3 hours" and that is it game. Diablo, without the build crafting.
I am going to come back to this, and see if this is a me problem and my mood is bad today. Or if this game actually so bad it managed to sour my mood.
