Platinum Trophy #50

enter image description here

Two days ago I found a bug that prevented me from getting the trophy, but someone on Reddit reminded me that the accesibility options of this game allow to "skip quests".

I did that and was able to finally get the trophy.

A bug is keeping me from completing this game at 100% and getting the Platinum Trophy. It's making me crazy.

This is going to be a quick one:

The lazy comparison is Arkham. If you like Arkham, there's a lot to enjoy here. It plays just like it, only it's obviously sillier because it's Lego. I haven't played an Arkham in a long time so that was welcome. And at first, I thought it was a 90. Humour …

The lazy comparison is Arkham. If you like Arkham, there's a lot to enjoy here. It plays just like it, only it's obviously sillier because it's Lego. I haven't played an Arkham in a long time so that was welcome. And at first, I thought it was a 90. Humour hits, looks good. Nice love letter to Batman. And I know it's a Lego game so it naturally has puzzles, but I started losing interest because the puzzles got boring. At first it was fine, but then I found myself just wanting them to go away. They weren't especially compelling because, you know, it's Lego and it's kid friendly, but I just found it so repetitive.

With that said, here's the obligatory comment: It makes you FEEL like (Lego) Batman!

Hope everyone has a great gaming weekend starting now! Absolutely loving a couple of games right now, and 007 First Light will be after I beat Lego Batman Dark Knight. Also playing my first Forza Horizon game and it has made me fall in love with the arcade/sim style racer all over again. It's been since NFS Heat since I enjoyed a good racer, although that game was short lived for me. Forza Horizon 6 has definitely not been short lived so far. I'm having a blast with the map and cars and races.

May your games be righteous!

I've never been a fan of Lego games, but decided to try this because I absolutely love the original Batman and The Dark Knight movies. And OMG, I feel like a kid in a candy shop playing this game!!!! My inner child is screaming for joy right now while playing this.

This game is proof that anyone can enjoy any genre of games. I'll have to get the Skywalker Saga at some point, since Star Wars is my favorite of all time.

Must play, Lego game fan or not. This is making me a believer, probably long overdue.

Let's get bricks

Describing a game as "a love letter" to something is a cliché, but the truth is, there's no better way to describe this work than as "a love letter to Batman's history." Fans of the character will enjoy a fun journey through the cinematic history of the Dark Knight, filled with entertaining puzzles and plenty of objects to find. However, …

However, those who haven't seen the movies and won't understand the references and might not forgive the numerous technical issues, the repetitive combat system, or the many minor flaws it has.

Interface elements that refused to activate or deactivate, frame drops, indicators that remained on screen when not needed, delayed loading screens, map geometry glitches, objects that suddenly appeared or disappeared, companions that didn't stay where they should or interfered with the action... and yet, I had a great time hunting for The Riddler (and Cluemaster) puzzles, capturing animals loose on Gotham and laughing at the jokes.
