Hot Swap Rave: a Village Discotheque Simulator is a musical game set in the mid nineties in a post-soviet village of Pupkovka. At his first shift as a DJ at a rusting culture house, our protagonist Pyotr finds himself in an unprecedented situation, which eventually puts the fate of the entire village on his shoulders. Will he survive this ordeal? It is for the player to find out. Pyotr has to host 4 discotheques at once by switching between cassettes, CDs and vinyls. On this journey his guide is Borysych - an old culture house manager speaking to our protagonist via an intercom.
