Oof, more and more evidence suggests that the Koei Tecmo team which largely made Three Houses isn't involved on Fortune's Weave at all. Doesn't bode well for the game's story, since Intelligent Systems themselves haven't written anything worthwhile in like 20+ years.

Super excited to see that Fortune's Weave is set in Dagda (across the ocean from Three Houses' Fodlan), I've been hoping that would be the case since the game's reveal. The Live2D character portraits are maybe a little awkward, and having four separate storylines makes me a bit worried for the overall narrative's coherence, but literally everything else here looks …
