Pretty solid escape room
Yet another escape room game by Biri Biri, who previously made Secrets of Blackrock Manor (which I really enjoyed). The puzzles are fairly challenging and usually involve some degree of translation and lateral thinking. Overall, I had a good time with it but there’s a couple tweaks that would’ve made me love it more.

The best aspects of the game are the simple eye-catching cartoonish art style and the creative puzzle designs. But unlike the previous game, I felt like the puzzles relied too much on symbology, which after a while got a bit repetitive. Also, there were maybe 2 or 3 puzzles that were completely illogical, even after looking up a walkthrough. And lastly, the story and theming just didn’t grab me as much as the previous game (though I’m not a huge fantasy genre fan).
But overall, definitely worth playing if you enjoy escape rooms. I just wouldn’t put it in the A league with my absolute favorites of the genre.
6.8/10
