Beats emulating Super Tecmo Bowl (Which I own) on the phone *

Seriously one of the best apps in my 13ish years of playing mobile games. Basically a touch screen adaptation of super tecmo bowl, but where gameplay has been streamlined just a tad to make pick up and play more possible. There are some customization/team management options so you can make the game uniquely yours, especially if you pay the one time modest price for the upgrade, but not too many features where that aspect of the game gets overwhelming like some console sims. I came back to the game after a year and a half-ish of not playing, and the developer has added quite a few features in that time, without compromising the simplicity that made it so great in the first place. Definitely in my top 5 of mobile games, so give it a try if you like sports games.

Modernized Tecmo Super Bowl *

Really easy to give advice on this one:

Did you love Tecmo Super Bowl and would love something a little bit more modern (but not TOO modern)? You should play Retro Bowl.

Do you have no idea what Tecmo Super Bowl is? You should probably still play Retro Bowl.

Cost me $4 on the Switch and it was worth every penny and more. Easy to play and very easy to play in small or big chunks.

Addictive! Fun! Room to Grow! *

This addictive little 8-bit football throwback is hard to put down, and while the general manager features leave something to be desired, there is definitely room to grow.

I know, I know, this ISN'T an NFL licensed game, but it's a whole lotta craic (fun) by all means. The gameplay is simplistic, but fun. Please oh please play this game, it's on browser an mobile platforms and it's really fun.
