Each person's recognition is linked to a huge congregated recognition which decides the situation of the world, according to a girl in a laptop PC who came from the future. The action to forcibly apply a recognition to the world and distort the fact is called "magic".
To believe in magic is required to use magic. Distorted facts will cause a big contradiction to the world and the world will get frozen some day. If the number of girls who can use magic increases, the world will be in trouble.
