Nice and Fun *
This review is for the Settlement Survival (Early Access) - PC (Microsoft Windows) - United States (2022) release- Playable at stable 40 fps high settings for me (1050 Ti, R5 5600, 32GB Ram, HDD)

The game is nice and fun, although I'm not very good at strategy city building, I had fun with the sandbox mode (sandbox mode is what draws me to city builders anyway).
I can see myself pushing more hours to this game to restart my normal run for a more efficient playthrough.
