Adventures of Max Fax 1

Adventures of Max Fax 1 is a freeware 3rd-person point-and-click adventure game where you play as Max, who lives in a big apartment building. At the start of the game, his friend who lives in the same building emails him to tell him that she broke up with her boyfriend and needs some support. This leads to a bizarre sequence of events where you explore the building, meet wacky characters, and eventually help your friend with her romantic issues. The game is drawn in a cartoony style and there is some "adult" humor - the game claims to be for ages 16 and up.
