Tried out the demo for this. It's an overhead, Ys 1-style bump action RPG, with a PS1 aesthetic and a focus on uncovering secrets. You slash enemies by running headlong into them, and you've also got a pitiful gun that can only shoot up for some reason.
Movement is snappy and the music's great, but the combat, enemies, and stage layouts all felt very simple. Love that an NPC just straight up murders you at the end if you decline to wishlist it on Steam.
