Pretty good aim trainer to really warmup before playing a comp or a tourney in a competitive fps game. Personally, after a couple months of using this daily my headshot percentage in valorant rised by 10% and my tracking and just hitting enemies in Apex Legends increased exponentially. After that, aim labs didn't really help and practicing in game helped more. So imho, aim labs and/or aim trainers can only get you so far. Practicing with in game mechanics is what's going to get you to the top (playing in the firing range).
