This game was leaving gamepass on 5/15, so I've been playing it as one of my choices of roguelites for the past week. I've gotten through 2 full runs, but likely won't play more than that in the remaining days it's on gamepass, and I don't feel particularly special about it to actually buy it myself. I really like the "pinball" boost mechanic, but I feel like it isn't as available as it should be. Additionally, you end up in the air a lot, and I feel like the air controls and being able to do stuff in the air is really bad compared to the on the ground combat. The guns themselves had pretty good variety, the abilities were a little boring though. The bosses were kind of weird, they are sometimes really easy, and then sometimes on the harder difficulties, the bosses are supremely difficult. I think the characters are a little too similar to each other, not much of a difference in their starter built in "abilities."

Overall, I thought it was a fine time, but for me I don't see a reason to play this over so many other games, much less just rogue lites. Light …

Just some quick thoughts on this game, I played it a little bit and will probably come back to it as my current Roguelite once I've finished Metaphor, but my initial thoughts are that it is decently fun, doesn't seem too in depth, but I am interested at least currently in finishing a run of the game

It's got a chaotic vibe that may grow tiresome for me but overall I like what they're doing here with the mechanics in this game. It reminds me a little of that really old Xbox Live Arcade twin stick shooter where you switched between a slow shooty mode and a faster mobility mode; I forget what it was called.
