Currently, you can get a school teacher Charlotte for free just by completing some in-game tasks:

It's nice to have some more Black Clover media! The story follows the anime pretty closely although sometimes there's some dialogue that I think was not on the show. I'm enjoying the turn based combat so far. The visual effects are really good for mobile and it's fun to also use alternate costumes (swimsuit, track suit, school uniform, even police and fireman costumes lol)

The combat system uses a strength/weakness system based on the mage's attribute similar to pokemon but there's only 3 types like fire/water/grass. However there's several classes like attacker, defender, debuffer, healer, and support and it's fun mixing characters and building new teams.

Any Cons? Kinda but it's not bad:
There's a lot of grinding for gear and resources but it can be automated so that you dont have to manually repeat the stages. I only do the fun/challenging stages manually.

There's also gacha but you get 1 free featured mage each season just by playing and a free daily pull. If you do wanna spend money, with the battle pass and monthly currency pass you dont have to spend nearly as much as most of the other gacha games I've played in order to get more featured characters.

I'm quitting this game. The character models are still good and the prices are still pretty reasonable but the events are often just a repeat of past events, the daily activities now feel like a chore, and the story has been a disappointment. Instead of expanding on the story of the anime by adding new conversations to the existing main plot or adding original side stories or , it just feels like a watered down version of the anime that is not even fully voice acted and that's locked behind boring generic battles.
