Love the Soundtrack, And Collection of Games

Preliminary: Lovvvve the music in this. Like really really love it. And the collection of games on this one is so solid, several of my favorite arcade games. (Oh shoot turns out I missed Vol 2, will have to check that out). These feel a bit redundant cuz I could always just play the original arcade games nowadays, but as a kid the Museum Vol 1 we had was super neat. And I most of all loved the 3D museum wandering.
Plus I actually spent a bit playing the games, namely Ms Pac Man (always my favorite Pac Man) and Dig Dug (probly biased because these were two I had access to as a kid). I didn't play Tower of Druaga for long, but that's been a gem I uncovered during this chronology project.
Look: 8/10
Sound: 10/10 Debated whether to rate this for the original music for this volume/game, or the overall sound including the games' music. Tbh Dig Dug's use of Sound etc are all excellent and several of these games do get high Sound ratings, but the original soundtrack is just so amazing I had to give it its own recognition. Something Humongous Entertainment-y about it but also uniquely its own thing. (Wow just read that the soudntrack composer is unknown... wow) . Anyway, it almost got a rare 10 star, but I am not so sure about the game rooms music themselves namely the Druaga's one. Too triumphant for my taste. But hey, even FFX has a couple only good tracks, and even this track wound up good too. Wow yep the Credits tune confirmed this a rare 10 star.
Play: 8/10 Definnitely the best collection so far
Feel: 8.5/10 I tried asking my brothers but not sure which one we had growing up. Quite sure it was vol 1. It woudl be neat if it was this one though and maybe taht's why I liked Druaga so much when I played it as part of this project. Either way, the music... yep the music.. and the whole concept of the museums I have loved.
Attachment: 8/10 I know I will surely be returning to the soundtrack!
Overall: 8.5/10
