I got all excited about this game. My original preliminary: Wow, an early Manic Miner-style platformer with a set ending, ability to jump-then-climb, and a continuous gameplay across the screens--this seems very interesting. I wish I weren't all frustrated with my Twitch/Xfinity issues recently (Xfinity shouldn't be allowed to have monopolies--they're my only option where I live--as they can't even provide what they sell), because I would have tried this days ago! I mean, it also has to do with the fact my sisters-in-law and niece are visiting ha, but the real culprit is troubleshooting the Internet for the last 3 weeks.... yea even Xfinity acknowledged it had been over 2 weeks... then this morning they claimed it was fixed... ... guess what? It wasn't heh.
But in the end, the collision masks were abhorrent; the fall from a height was surprising and tacky; and the clarity between collectible and avoid was arbitrary. Welp, moving on indeed heh.
